The India Registry recommends: "First list all site/s within the country including the site address as well as the complete address, email, telephone number and Fax Number of responsible contact person at each site. For multi-country trials, list all site/s within each country (if available) including the site address as well as the complete address, email, telephone number and Fax Number of responsible contact person at each site"
