Description
When a controlled vocabulary, eg. StudyStatus, changes, it would be ideal if:
1) the user must provide a mapping from old to new terms in the vocabulary
2) the display of legacy records reflected this change somehow (the records should not change, only how they are displayed, exported, counted in reports etc.)
3) a new version of opentrials-vocabularies.mod is generated, preserving the old copy
In order to support this, the OpenTrials DTD should include a DTD version field.
