Os campos abaixo, do formulario de recrutamento, deveriam ser por site (centro de pesquisa.):

- Situação de recrutamento
- Recruitment Country
- Planned Date of First Enrollment
- Tamanho da amostra alvo

This condition applies only for multicentric studies. Suggestion of including a field "number of sites" like teh one used by CTRI and related fields - recruitment status, recruitment country, planned date of first enrollment an sample size
